Twin Trace lets you optionally sign in with your Google account or Play Games to back up your game
progress to the cloud. We do not create a separate password-based account — sign-in uses your existing
Google/Play Games identity. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we store for you.
How to request deletion
Email hitennsoni@gmail.com from the email address
associated with your Twin Trace sign-in, with the subject
“Delete my Twin Trace data”.
We will verify the request and delete your stored data. Requests are processed within
30 days.
What gets deleted
Your cloud-saved game document: level progress, coins, hints, achievements, daily-challenge
history, and settings.
The account identifier we store to link that save to you.
What is kept (and for how long)
Nothing tied to your identity is retained after deletion, except where retention is required by law.
Anonymous crash diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics) are not linked to your account and expire
automatically per Google's retention.
Delete data on your device
In the app: Settings → Cloud Save → Sign out to stop syncing.
Uninstalling Twin Trace removes all local game data from your device.
